How They're Printed
We print digitally in full color and high resolution, giving you the kind of crisp image that drivers and people on foot notice. Two things set our process apart:
- We use top-grade UV-cured inks that hold up outdoors for 3 to 5 years.
- We print straight onto the magnetic material for the sharpest, highest-quality image possible.
This approach gives your sign the longest possible life and better image quality than you'll get from other print shops.
The Magnet Itself
Our heavy-duty 30mil magnetic sheeting has a proven track record for great image quality, strong performance and outstanding durability. These professional-grade magnets carry 12 poles per inch, so there are no weak spots anywhere on the surface and no air pockets.
Will the Sign Hold onto My Car?
With 85 lbs per square foot of pull strength, our magnetic material forms a firm, secure grip on ferrous metal such as the steel in most vehicle doors. Not sure about your vehicle? Try a fridge magnet where you plan to put the sign. If the fridge magnet holds, our sign will hold too!
Cutting & Edges
Each magnet is cut carefully around your logo or artwork, leaving a smooth outline without rough or jagged edges. It looks more polished and helps protect your vehicle's paint.
How We Check Your Files, Plus Artwork Requirements
We want your order to come out perfectly. Before anything is printed, a member of our team reviews each file by hand, and we print only when the result will be a flawless, uncompromised 100%.
You can zip big files and send them using any cloud sharing service that doesn't require a password. A few notes on file formats:
- PDF / AI / EPS
- Build the file at full or half sign size in RGB or CMYK color. Embed any linked images, outline all fonts and expand every stroke. Raster images should be high resolution and placed at 50–100% scale. Don't add a password, and export to PDF when possible.
- JPEG / PNG
- Match the real sign size at 100–300 dpi in RGB color, uncompressed, saved at Photoshop quality 12.
- PSD / PSB / TIFF
- Match the real sign size at 100–300 dpi in RGB color, and merge every layer into one background layer.

How long will a magnetic sign last?

Which sizes can I order?
Every magnet comes in sizes from a compact 6" × 12" up to 24" × 48", plus nearly any size between them.
Do all my signs need the same artwork to get a quantity discount?
With quantity pricing that drops to as little as $7.79 per sign, it's easy to give your whole fleet consistent branding. Each sign can still show its own details, like a vehicle number or DOT number, and you'll keep our volume discounts, even when every sign has a different design!
Is each sign made from a single magnetic sheet?
Yes. We make every sign from one continuous piece of 30mil magnetic sheeting, magnetized to the strongest quality standards.
Are the corners rounded?
Yes. Rounded corners cut down on wind resistance and help keep the sign from accidentally scratching your vehicle's paint.
Are your signs and materials made in the USA?
Yes. Every raw material and service we rely on comes from the USA, and our signs are produced and sold from our facility here in the United States.
What if my sign is stolen or blows off?
Our warranty doesn't cover theft or signs that fly off. If it does happen, though, you may qualify for 10% off a replacement order. Keep in mind that our magnetic sheeting is very strong: applied correctly, it stays on your vehicle at speeds of up to 80 mph.
