Inside Our ORAJET 3164 Vinyl
Our standard media is ORAJET 3164 white matte vinyl with a clear, permanent, water-based adhesive. It's very flexible, its pressure-activated adhesive grips strongly, and it lasts up to 4 years when installed outdoors. At 4 mil thick, it's easy to handle and highly resilient compared with other vinyls that measure just 2.5 or 3 mil.

Getting Your File Ready
To produce a sticker sheet, we need a print-and-cut file that's set up correctly. Your design can be whatever you can dream up, provided it can be cut along a smooth outline. Because sticker sheets are tricky to set up, please follow our formatting instructions so your artwork comes out exactly right.

We print on 4 mil white vinyl media finished with a white matte surface that resists scratches. Its clear, permanent adhesive back performs excellently indoors and acceptably outdoors, and the backing liner peels away with ease. Under normal conditions, expect a lifespan of 4 years.
