This 3M material is thick and substantial with a smooth surface, and it resists tearing, wrinkling, peeling and yellowing. It's fully waterproof and UV-proof and handles all sorts of mid- to long-term jobs indoors and outdoors, as long as it isn't exposed to heavy abrasion or chemicals.
Because we print them in full color at high resolution on a smooth gloss vinyl, these stickers suit just about any project. Vinyl Sticker Specifics
Printing Quality
Your stickers are produced on high-definition eco-solvent equipment running in its high-resolution mode. That means pin-sharp detail down to 3pt lettering, plus rich color and smooth gradients without blur or pixelation. Eight ink colors applied at 1440 DPI make every design look brilliantly vibrant.
Available Sizes & Shapes
Sizes run from 2 × 2 inches at the smallest to 18 × 18 inches at the largest; enter yours in inches as height × width. You can choose a square, rectangle, oval or round sticker from our standard shapes, and rectangles can be ordered with 0.125-inch rounded corners if you like, which help stop the corners from lifting or "dog-earing."
Sheets or Singles
We gang smaller stickers together on sheets, typically 4–8 to a sheet. Bigger sizes come as individual stickers that you can peel and apply straight from the box.
The Vinyl We Use
Your stickers are printed on 3M gloss calendered vinyl without a laminate. It's waterproof, UV-proof and suitable for use inside or outside. The vinyl's strong, permanent adhesive bonds extremely well to most standard surfaces, so it's treated as non-removable: once it's on, the sticker holds semi-permanently and might not come off without harming the sticker, the surface underneath or both.
Testing the surface first is recommended, and figuring out whether it's right for a sticker rests entirely with the customer.
File Types We Accept
The artwork for every order gets a manual check from us, and we print only when it will give you a high-quality image with no compromises.
Working with a large file? Zip it, then share it through any cloud service that doesn't need a password to open.
- AI / EPS / PDF
- Set up at full size or 50% scale, in CMYK or RGB. Embed all linked images, outline every font and expand all strokes. Any raster images should be high-res and placed at 50–100% scale. Skip password protection, and export to PDF if you can.
- PNG / JPEG
- Set up at full size, 100–300 dpi, RGB color, no compression and Photoshop quality 12.
- TIFF / PSB / PSD
- Set up at full size, 100–300 dpi, RGB color, with every layer combined into a single background layer.

Bigger Better Banner accepts no liability for damage or failures that arise, directly or indirectly, from the use of its adhesive products. The most it will owe is a replacement product or a refund of what the original order cost.
