About Our Tent Banners
A custom banner on your tent or canopy works beautifully at:

- Arts and craft fairs
- Flea market spaces
- Marketing and promo events
- Athletic competitions
- Lots of other gatherings
Every banner is sized for a typical pop-up tent, awning or canopy. Want some variety? Order several removable tent banners and update your message whenever you like, in just a few minutes.
Tough Banners That Go Up Easily
Widths run from 4' to 15' and heights from 2' to 5'. Heat-welded hems, plus grommets spaced a foot apart along the top edge, come at no added cost, giving the banner extra durability and making setup a snap.
For display, we suggest fastening just the top edge. A temporary setup may only need ties through the middle grommet and the two at the top corners, while a long-term or outdoor display does better with a fastener through each grommet.
Mounting Your Banner Safely on a Tent
If you're hanging the banner on a pop-up tent, fasten it at three points along the top edge, one at each upper corner and one at the center, with standard 6–12” plastic zip ties. We recommend this as a basic safety precaution.
If the banner is pulled tight on every side, anyone who fails to notice it and bumps into it could get hurt. Leaving the bottom edge loose makes an injury far less likely.
What You Get with a Tent Banner
Matte 13oz vinyl
This specialty material cuts glare, holds up well and looks great even under direct light, so your message stays easy to read all the time.
Single-sided, full-color print
Our high-resolution printing produces sharp images, bold colors and clear text. You'll have a great-looking banner whose professional appearance impresses everyone who sees it.
Hems and grommets
All four sides are hemmed so the banner lies flat and stays easy to see. With grommets every foot along the top, it mounts safely and securely on portable tents as well as permanent outdoor canopies and awnings.
How to Secure a Banner to an Awning or Canopy
If your banner will hang outside on an awning or canopy, especially for a long time, fasten it as firmly as possible at every grommet hole, at each of the four corners and across the bottom edge. A snug fit limits flapping and wind disturbance, which helps your banner stay in service longer.
Outdoors, weather of many kinds can loosen a banner's fasteners. That's why we suggest adjustable ones, such as bungee cords or rubber cords: your display looks neater, your banner lasts longer and everything is more convenient.
